Second pretty sitting room with open fire(not in use) CD player and radio. The CD player has connecting speakers to the kitchen.
Both porch and utility has plenty of room for coats, boots, wet dog!! etc.

First floor.
Spacious landing leading to four bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is a large double bedroom with 2 single beds and en suite shower, toilet and basin.
Bedroom 2 is a large double bedroom with a King size double bed and en suite shower, toilet and basin.
Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with a King size double bed.
Bedroom 4 is a double bedroom with a 2 single beds.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a separate dressing room and family bathroom with separate shower cubicle.  A cot is available on request.

The house is heated by oil-fired central heating. Bed linen, bath mats, tea towels and electric are all included in the cost, but guests should bring towels for personal and beach use. Mobile phones work here and the house is Wi-Fi

Outside.
The farmhouse is surrounded by its own gardens. In the front, a smaller, sheltered cottage garden with sitting area and pretty flowerbeds. To the rear a paved sitting and BBQ area, which can also be accessed through double doors from the kitchen/diner. A large lawn surrounded by attractive trees and shrubs is ideal for games. Outside the utility door is a small herb garden.

There is plenty of parking for several cars and boats.

Well-behaved pets may be allowed by arrangement only. No pets are to be allowed upstairs.
